Sandra Crawford

VP of Marketing & Chief Operating Officer

Raised in the US and Switzerland, Sandra earned her BA Degrees in French Literature
and Social Studies with an emphasis in Statistics at UC Irvine. Her interest in business
and finance flourished when she went to work in the commercial real estate and financial
fields. Sandra acquired her Real Estate Broker and Agency licenses after completing her
commercial real estate studies at UCLA.

With Sandra’s creative marketing visions and financial expertise, she founded Westgate
Industrial Properties in 1988 with partner, Carol Taubman. Still a thriving business,
WIP specializes in assisting Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial entities such as
Carnation/Nestle, L.A. Dye & Print Works, Inc and Homedics. Sandra utilized many of
her talents from negotiating leases, sales and/or build-to-suit contracts to assisting her
clients with the final relocation transition.

Currently, Sandra is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of SpaceCam.
She oversees the administrative and general operations, as well as all aspects of business
development and marketing of this multi-million dollar company. As VP of Business
Development, she creates business plans, obtains bank financing, negotiates leases and
hires in-house personnel, as well as being in charge of the management and coordination
of R&D projects and engineers, the rental operations of equipment and leasing of aerial
cinematographers and technicians. In addition, as VP of Marketing and Sales, she has
created and implemented a strategic marketing plan for the Company, including press,
advertising, direct sales calls, mailings, website, Industry Directories, brochures, product
display at tradeshows, and maintaining a database of approximately 3,000 clientele.
